Prices and Currency
The prices on the website are in Euros (€).
Prices and Inclusions
Prices include unlimited kilometers per day, third-party insurance, roadside assistance, taxes, and VAT.
Fuel Policy
Fuel is NOT included in the prices. The fuel policy is Pickup/Dropoff with the same fuel level.
Driver Age
Prices apply to drivers aged 23 and over.
Driving License
The driving license must be valid for at least one year. Copies or photos are not accepted due to government regulations.
Deposit Guarantee
The renter’s credit or debit card is mandatory for guarantee purposes. It may be charged up to 7 days before vehicle pickup.
Pickup and Dropoff
Bicycles are picked up and dropped off at the office. Cars are available at an additional charge from the port and airport.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made via the corresponding link in the booking email. For cancellations made at least 72 hours (3 full days) before the rental start, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before the rental start will NOT be refunded. No refunds will be given for no-shows, failure to provide the required documents, early returns, or cancellations after the rental start date. No refunds for unused days.
Roadside Assistance
24-hour roadside assistance and helpline are available.
Damages and Insurance
Damages are not included in the rental price. The renter is fully responsible for covering the cost of any damage caused during the rental period.
In the case of a car rental with Full Insurance (Collision Damage Waiver) and a deductible of €500, the renter is required to cover the deductible amount up to €500 plus VAT. Any remaining damage cost beyond that amount is covered by the insurance company.
Terms and Conditions for Electric Bicycle Rental

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation or renting an electric bicycle from our company, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions of Rental.
The customer acknowledges that the use of an electric bicycle requires responsibility, basic cycling skills, and compliance with road safety regulations.
Rental Requirements
To rent and use an electric bicycle, the following requirements apply:
The renter must be at least 18 years old. In the case of a minor, the presence and approval of a parent or legal guardian is required.
A valid identity card or passport must be presented upon collection of the bicycle.
The rider must have a minimum height of 165 cm (1.65 m) to ensure proper fit and safe handling of the bicycle.
The rider must not exceed a maximum weight of 100 kg (220 lbs), in accordance with the bicycle’s safety and operating specifications.
The rider must know how to cycle safely and have sufficient experience in bicycle riding.
Before handing over the bicycle, the company’s staff reserves the right to assess whether the rider has the necessary skills to safely operate an electric bicycle.
If, in the reasonable judgment of the staff, the rider does not have sufficient experience or is unable to safely control the bicycle, the company reserves the right to refuse the rental or cancel the reservation, exclusively for reasons related to the safety of the rider, other road users, and the equipment.
The company also reserves the right to request a security deposit (in cash or by card pre-authorisation), which will be returned after the safe return of the bicycle and all accompanying equipment.
Bicycle Collection and Return
The customer receives the bicycle after confirming that it is in good working condition.
Any existing damage or remarks must be reported before departure.
The bicycle must be returned on the agreed date and time.
Late returns may result in additional charges according to the current price list.
The bicycle must be returned together with all accessories and equipment provided at the beginning of the rental.
Responsibilities of the Renter
The renter agrees:
To use the electric bicycle responsibly and in accordance with the Greek Traffic Regulations.
Not to ride under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that may affect safe riding ability.
To use the bicycle exclusively for personal use.
Not to allow any third party to use the bicycle without prior approval from the company.
To lock and secure the bicycle whenever it is left unattended.
To use and charge the battery according to the provided instructions.
Restricted Riding Areas
For safety reasons and due to the condition of the road network, the use of electric bicycles is strictly prohibited in the western and eastern parts of the island.
Access to these areas is only permitted with prior written approval from the company.
Any violation of this rule is entirely the responsibility of the renter and may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and additional charges in case of damage or loss.
Transportation of Luggage and Large Items
The transportation of suitcases, large luggage, bulky objects, or any load that may affect the balance, stability, or safe operation of the electric bicycle is strictly prohibited.
Only small personal items that do not interfere with safe riding and proper control of the bicycle may be carried.
The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate the rental if transported items create a safety risk for the rider or third parties.
Prohibited Uses
The following are strictly prohibited:
Using the bicycle for races, competitions, or dangerous routes.
Riding outside the permitted areas defined by the company.
Carrying a second passenger unless the bicycle is specifically designed and approved for this purpose.
Any modification, repair, or intervention to the bicycle without prior permission from the company.
Accidents, Damage, and Theft
In the event of an accident, mechanical problem, or theft, the renter must:
Immediately inform the company.
Contact the relevant authorities when required.
Not abandon the bicycle without prior communication with the company.
Liability for Damages
The renter is responsible for any damage caused by:
Negligence.
Improper or incorrect use.
Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Loss or damage of equipment and accessories.
In case of non-return, theft, or total destruction of the bicycle, the customer is required to compensate the company according to the actual replacement value of the bicycle.
Battery Use and Care
The battery:
Must not be submerged in water.
Must not be exposed to fire or extreme temperatures.
Must only be charged using the charger provided by the company.
Must not be opened or repaired by unauthorised persons.
Limitation of Company Liability
The company is not responsible for:
Injuries resulting from improper use of the bicycle or failure to follow safety instructions.
Loss or damage of personal belongings.
Delays or inability to provide the service due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure).
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge only if the cancellation is made at least three (3) full days before the scheduled rental date and starting time.
For cancellations made less than three (3) days before the rental, the company reserves the right not to refund any deposit or to apply a cancellation fee according to its policy.
Personal Data Protection
Customers’ personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of providing the rental service and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Greek legislation.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law.
Any dispute arising from the rental agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the company’s registered location, unless mandatory legal provisions provide otherwise.
